Hello and welcome to my Baby Photographer page.
If you are here you must be looking for a Baby Photographer, Barnsley, South Yorkshire. This is such an exciting time in your life, and I'm super excited that you are considering me to capture your precious memories. Babies change so much within their first year and it goes by so quickly you hardly have time to blink. I know from personal experience with my own 2 children, this time in the little ones life is something you want to remember forever. Them growing from the tiny little bean, to rolling over, sitting un aided and possibly a first word. This is the best time to get some wonderful photos.
Here is some information regarding my style of photography and what you can expect in your baby session.
My preferred style of photography is timeless and natural, capturing your baby in their traditional positions, with gentle guidance from myself. So if they want to lay on the floor and hold there head up or if they want to sit and play with toys. It will all be captured to preserve the best memories.
WHEN DO I BOOK A BABY SESSION?
A baby session can be booked at any point after the newborn stage, so roughly from around 3 months old.
If you're wanting a variety of photos where your little one is moving more and may be able to sit unaided, but still have some of those newborn features, I would recommend booking in your baby session for when your bundle of joy is around 6-11 months old.
WHERE WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Your maternity photography session will take place in the comfort of my own lovely home studio, on the outskirts of Barnsley and Rotherham, at Manvers, South Yorkshire.
It is within easy access from the M1 and A1 motorways.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No you do not need to worry about bringing anything with you, unless you want to bring some snacks for the little one for bribery, as we all know this can sometimes work.
I have a selection of beautiful wooden toys for your little one to play with during their session.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You will receive your link for your online viewing gallery is around 3-4 weeks, usually less after the session date.
You will be able to download your selected amount of digital images straight from the gallery.
I suggest doing this on a computer or laptop as mobile phones can decrease the quality of the images.
DO YOU SUPPLY PRINTED PRODUCTS?
Yes, I offer a selection of fine art and normal printed products, from lose prints to albums.
You will receive a pdf document with the products and pricing in. There is also a selection in the studio for you to have a browse through during the session.
I always suggest purchasing some kind of printed product, such as prints, album or folio, as they can be a staple to your home, as well as giving you something tangible to show your family and friends and have on display.
We spent a good hour with Becky and it was so worthwhile. The photos we have of our daughter are fantastic and exactly what we wanted. Becky worked with us to get the right images and we really couldn't be happier.

Upon booking a 50% booking fee/retainer fee is required to secure your date in my diary.
Your retainer fee will be deducted from the package you have already chosen at the time of booking and the remaining balance is payable on the day of the session. Please note, your retainer fee is non-refundable, but is transferable to another date if rearranged within 48 hours of your current booked session date.

WALL ART
During your session I ask all my clients if they can think of a piece of wall in their homes that looks empty and lonely, and would benefit with some professionally made wall art. Here at Becky Helen Photography, I offer a varitey of wall arts including:- wall spheres, frames and canvases. As well as some lovely print options that include a print box with mounted prints inside and a triple winged folio.
