I'm Becky, a professional Barnsley wedding photographer covering Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster, Pontefract & beyond.
I offer a documentary and natural style of photography that captures true emotions and unforgettable moments for you to look back on for years to come.

I work closely with my couples, from the very first enquiry, right until the delivery of the wedding photos. This is to make sure I document all of the moments and people who are important to them on their wedding day.
I try to stay away from staged and posed photographs (with the exception of a couple) unless this is something that you are looking for. Otherwise I aim to capture the natural aesthetic of your special day, one you’ll always be excited to remember.

I enjoy capturing the more candid of shots, the ones that you do not expect that show the love between you and your family and friends. The ones where the mother of the bride is having a secret cry of happiness, the grooms first look as his bride walks down the isle, the tipsy aunties sat in the corner raising a glass to the happy couple.

One of the most important things I love about photography is capturing special moments, with weddings being super full of them. Whether it’s the excitement of morning preparations and thinking about what the day has to hold, the facial expressions as you walk down the aisle or the tears of laughter during the speeches; I will be there to capture them all.
My natural style allows me to tell the story of your day as it happens. I will of course set aside some time for your formal images with your family and friends and bridal couple, but this will not take over your wedding and will be a small portion of the day. When it comes to the editing the images, I edit each image individually as I am a bit of a perfectionist and this allows me to deliver accurate colours and compositions. I will never release any images until I’m 100% satisfied.

I offer packages to suit everyone's needs, from ceremony only to full day packages.
If your a little uneasy in front of the camera, I offer pre-wedding sessions (engagement sessions) this will help loosen you up a little and it gives us chance to get to know one and other and what it is like being in front of the camera.

Travel to weddings in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield or Wakefield is included. Other areas may incur a small charge. I try to keep travel costs as low as possible.
